When will I receive my order?
Unless notified otherwise, you will receive your order within 3-5 days of placing it.

Do you accept other payment methods other than Paypal?
If ordering through our Website we currently only accept Paypal. However if you are placing an order via our concierge service, we accept transfer wise, bank transfers, cash.

How do I know if your sneakers are authentic?
All pairs are verified authentic by our team of trained authenticators. You can use Legit Check or Check Check App to check the pair yourself as well.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If however, you are based in Hong Kong and have purchased through our concierge service - you will be able to exchange your size if all the relevant tags are maintained on the product.

If however, a product has come to you damaged - we allow returns/exchanges. You will have to agree to pay for the return shipping as well as expenses for shipping the product back to you. Incase of returns/Exchanges

- Returns / Exchanges should be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery

- The tags on the product and package should be intact

- The tags on the product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.

- The product needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

What are the custom fees if any?
 The custom fees vary based on countries, and we cannot guarantee any %. However an approximate import duties would be between 18% - 25%.

We operate online as we are an e-commerce store, however, we are headquartered in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR.

Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?
Yes. We ship and process orders globally.

When will you restock a sold out item?
Our inventory levels are based on what's available in the market from our partners, so we are unable to predict what and when we will have available.
