Where are you located?

Sneaker Surge HK is based out of Hong Kong. 

Do you ship out of Hong Kong?

Sneaker Surge ships internationally. However  International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Most orders are prepared for shipping within 48-72 business hours after you place it. When it has been boxed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Most of our orders are shipped using Hong Kong Post. Domestic customers usually receive their items within 1-3 business days. International customers usually receive their purchase within 7-10 business days. 

How do I schedule a Hong Kong meet up/trade for faster shoe delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, and you have selected Hong Kong meet up as your delivery option, you will receive an email or phone call from the Sneaker Surge team scheduling your meet up. 

Why was my order cancelled?

There are several reasons for why an order may have been cancelled. If this is the case, Sneaker Surge will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

What happens if my package is returned to Sneaker Surge?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. For international orders, if your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping charge, as well as the return shipping charge assessed by our carrier.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Are all the items you sell authentic?

Sneaker Surge sells only 100% authentic product. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell with our legitimacy specialists. 

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?

Restocks of styles and or sizes are common, and it is encouraged to check our website often, or sign up to the newsletter.
