    How long is your information stored?

  • We will not retain your data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations. If you request deletion of your personal information please contact us via email at sneaker.surge@gmail.com all of your personal information through our platform will be deleted as required by applicable law.

When does Sneaker Surge share your information with others?

We do not share with others, or sell or rent to others, any personal information that you provide to us through this website except with your consent or as described in this privacy policy.

We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or partners (collectively, “affiliaites”) in connection with marketing and promotional material distribution related to Sneaker Surge products and/or services, but note that we never share your payment information with third-party marketers.

Merchandise displayed on the site may be available online or in others stores while suppliers last. In some cases, merchandise displayed on the site may not be available for purchase. Sneaker Surge tries to maintain accurate information on the site regarding product availability size and pricing. In addition, the actual colors of the products displayed on the site will depend on the settings of your computer

This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current.
